我段机车曾发生过在途中因电压调整器故障使蓄电池大量放电而造成机破事故。为消除此故障,我们在电压调整电路中进行了一点小改。改装情况如附图所示:增设一个开关K、一个可调电阻R_1和一个固定电阻R_2。固定电阻R_2的阻值要保证在不考虑R_1而FF在主手柄置于零位与1位时电压可达规定值,而且不致使FF因电压太高被烧损。主手柄置2~16位
I have seen a section of locomotives on the way due to voltage regulator failure to discharge a large number of batteries caused by machine broken accident. To eliminate this failure, we made a small change in the voltage regulation circuit. Refit the situation as shown in the figure: Add a switch K, a adjustable resistor R_1 and a fixed resistor R_2. The resistance of the fixed resistor R_2 is to be guaranteed that the voltage can reach the specified value without regard to R_1 and the FF is placed at the zero and the 1-position of the main handle without causing the FF to be burnt due to the voltage being too high.
