矿化度和粘度对脱水电场的稳定、油品的击穿电压、水滴的聚集及沉降速度有很大的影响。用试验的方法探讨破乳剂浓度、脱水温度、矿化度、粘度对原油电化学脱水电场稳定性的影响,采用将高矿化度、低粘度原油同高粘度(胶质含量60%)原油混合的方法,同时解决高矿化度和高粘原油的脱水问题,并分析两种原油的混合比例对电化学脱水的影响。
The degree of salinity and viscosity have a great influence on the stability of the dehydration electric field, the breakdown voltage of the oil product, the accumulation of water droplets and the settling velocity. The effects of demulsifier concentration, dehydration temperature, salinity and viscosity on the electric field stability of the electrochemistry dehydration of crude oil were investigated by the experimental method.
