公路石方爆破施工是一项技术含量高的综合性工作,施工中须根据路段地形地质、施工机具及工程整体安排等条件进行合理设计和组织施工,对加快工程进度、保证工程质量和施工安全都具有重要的意义。在公路施工中由于受地形因素的影响,深挖高填土石方工程难以避免。而深挖高填工程数量大、传统施工速度慢、施工效率低下,往往成为决定工程进度的关键。因此,必须研究推广采用新的安全爆破技术,在公路开挖施工过程中有效的解决了加快施工速度与安全管理之间的矛盾,从而取得了良好的效果。黄河班多水电站进场公路为二级永久性混凝土路面,在土石方开挖过程当中采用安全爆破施工技术,效果良好并对其相关部分施工起到了指导作用。
