The content of copper in milk is much lower than that of human milk, which can not meet the needs of babies fed with full-term milk. However, there have been no cases in the literature of full-term infants with no history of long-term copper loss (eg chronic diarrhea. Long-term parenteral nutrition) or premature infants weighing more than 1500 grams due to copper deficiency simply due to low copper diet report. This article reports a unique case of copper deficiency that occurs in a generally healthy 6-month-old full-term baby boy who is healthy and anemia-free in the first trimester of life with postnatal milk feeding. Small amounts of corn flour are added daily prior to admission January Clinical manifestations of severe hypochromic anemia and neutropenia, a comprehensive examination showed a decrease in serum iron, severe hypocalcemia, low ceruloplasmin, skeletal delays, skeletal dilation and spur formation, bone marrow phase
