卫生部《关于在公立医院施行预约诊疗服务工作的意见(征求意见稿)》中规定,从2009年10月开始,所有三级医院都要开展预约诊疗服务,二级医院也要逐步开展这项工作。很明显,此举意在缓解挂号难,打击破坏医院诊疗秩序的号贩子。然而,许多人认为,仅仅出台一项指导性措施还远远不够,只有相关的配套管理手段和监督机制同时到位,才能保证收到实效。您赞成和支持看病预约挂号吗?您使用过或准备尝试预约挂号吗?
The Ministry of Health’s “Opinions on the Implementation of Appointment of Consultation Services in Public Hospitals (Consultation Draft)” stipulates that starting from October 2009, all tertiary hospitals must carry out appointment medical services, and secondary hospitals must gradually carry out this jobs. Obviously, this move is intended to ease the registration difficulties and crack down on traffickers who undermine the hospital’s order of treatment. However, many people believe that the introduction of only one guiding measure is still far from enough, and only when relevant supporting management and supervision mechanisms are in place at the same time can it be guaranteed effective results.
