铬中毒自一九三二年德国文献第一次报导了一例铬所致肺癌以后,关于铬吸收、储存和排出以及铬的局部作用和致敏作用、致癌作用已有不少报导。但铬对人体的全身作用尚无一致意见。五八年以来,我们对铬化物生产作业环境及接铬工人作了多次调查。现将调查结果及工作体会报导如下: 一、生产环境 (一)生产流程: 原料处理——配料——焙烧——球磨——碳化——浸取——压滤——蒸发——混料——还原——洗涤——干燥——包装。
Chromium poisoning Since the first report of a German case of chromium-induced lung cancer in 1932, there have been many reports on the carcinogenic effects of chromium absorption, storage and excretion, and the local effects and sensitization of chromium. However, there is no consensus on the systemic effects of chromium on the human body. Since five or eight years, we conducted several surveys on the chrome production operating environment and access to chromium workers. Now the survey results and work experience reported as follows: First, the production environment (A) the production process: raw material processing - ingredients - roasting - milling - carbonation - leaching - filter press - evaporation - mixing - - Restore - Wash - Dry - Packaging.
