“顾客总是对的”这句话,在营业员之间,在商业企业的一些领导之间,都有不同的看法。意见不外两种,一是营业员能严于律己,宽以待人,风格高尚,有利于解决矛盾,值得发扬推广。二是不辨是非承担责任,是不尊重营业营劳动的表现,甚至会有损企业声誉,不应提倡。我认为,这句话对加强思想政治工作,培养职业道德和提高服务质量,是很有现实意义的。
The phrase “customers are always right” has different opinions among salespersons and among some leaders of commercial enterprises. There are no more than two opinions. First, salespersons can be strict with themselves, be generous with others, and have a noble style, which is conducive to resolving conflicts and is worth promoting. The second is not to distinguish between responsibility and responsibility. It is a failure to respect the performance of the business camp and even damage the reputation of the company. It should not be advocated. I think this sentence is of practical significance to strengthening ideological and political work, cultivating professional ethics and improving service quality.
