对25例健康人和23例急性缺血性脑梗塞患者检测了全血自由基浓度、血清过氧化脂质和维生素E浓度。结果表明,急性缺血性脑梗塞患者全血自由基和血清过氧化脂质水平明显高于正常对照组,血清维生素E水平则显著低于对照组;血清过氧化脂质水平与全血自由基浓度呈正相关、与血清维生素E水平呈负相关。提示急性缺血性脑梗塞病人体内存在自由基代谢紊乱。
Whole blood free radical concentrations, serum lipid peroxides and vitamin E concentrations were measured in 25 healthy subjects and 23 acute ischemic stroke patients. The results showed that the levels of whole blood free radicals and serum lipid peroxidation in patients with acute ischemic stroke were significantly higher than those in the normal control group and the levels of serum vitamin E were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of serum lipid peroxidation and whole blood free radical Concentration was positively correlated with serum vitamin E level was negatively correlated. Prompted the existence of free radical metabolism disorders in patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction.
