劳资关系的和谐与稳定是生产力发展和社会进步的主要表现形式,也是构建和谐社会的基础。建立健全完善有效的劳资利益关系协调机制,是我国的当务之急。立足于我国的基本国情,我国政府应在劳资利益关系协调机制中发挥主导和核心作用,并有赖于资方和劳动者的充分配合与不断成熟。
The harmony and stability of the relations between labor and capital are the main manifestations of the development of productive forces and social progress as well as the basis for building a harmonious society. It is imperative for our country to establish, improve, and improve the coordination mechanism for the relations between labor and capital interests.
