提高大豆籽粒蛋白质含量已成为目前大豆品质遗传改良的主要目标之一。在该项育种方案中,由于蛋白质含量与脂肪含量及籽粒产量存在着一定程度的负相关,使得其遗传改良进展缓慢。因此,研究探讨不同杂交组合后代群体间蛋白质与脂肪含量及产量的相关性强弱是否存在差异,对制定高产优质育种方案具有重要的指导意义。
Increasing the protein content of soybean has become one of the main goals of genetic improvement of soybean quality. In this breeding program, genetic improvement is slow due to the negative correlation between protein content and fat content and grain yield. Therefore, it is of great significance to study whether there is difference in the correlation between the protein content and the fat content and the yield of the progenies of different cross combinations.
