策划人语京津冀,是我国经济最具活力、创新能力最强、吸纳人口最多的区域之一,有条件建设成为新的世界级城市群。《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》对京津冀区域的整体功能定位有四点:以首都为核心的世界级城市群,区域整体协同发展改革引领区,全国创新驱动经济增长新引擎,生态修复环境改善示范区。其中,最重要的就是以首都为核心的世界级城市群这一点。
Planning people to speak Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is one of the most economically viable and innovative areas in the country with the most population and one of the most prosperous areas in the world. It is expected that China will become a new world-class urban agglomeration. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Plan provides four points for the overall functional orientation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region: a world-class urban agglomeration centered on the capital, a regional co-ordinated development and reform leading region, a national innovation-driven new engine of economic growth and ecological restoration Environmental improvement demonstration area. Among them, the most important is the capital-based world-class city cluster this point.
