Pancoast癌即肺尖癌,也称之为以Horner’s syndrome为主要临床表现的肺尖部癌症~([1]),自1924年美国学者Henry Pancoast首先报道~([2])该疾病以来,国内外学者对Pancoast癌的认识也在不断地提高,并做了大量报道~([3~5])。Pancoast癌是一种病灶在肺部而大多患者以肩背部疼痛,同侧上肢肌肉萎缩、麻木、放射痛为临床表现的疾病。由于大多患者临床首诊都会选择骨科,因此对该病的误诊率极高~([6-7]),应当引起临床工作者的重视,现将本院的1例误诊病例报告如
