近年来,为了适应新的形势,为规范执法行为、提高职务犯罪侦查工作水平,从最高人民检察院到基层人民检察院都越来越重视讯问职务犯罪嫌疑人同步录音录像工作。实践层面上检察机关也有不少有益的探索。但是,同步录音录像工作中仍存在一些不可忽视的问题,如侦查人员思想认识不适应、讯问水平有待于规范和提高、犯罪嫌疑人的防备心理增强、侦查人员与技术人员的配合需增强等问题。
