参照WHO果酱瓶涂膜法和微量点滴法,分别用镇氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯(以下分别简称溴氯、氯氰、二氯)对敏感品系和现场品系的德国小蠊KT50和LD50的测试,得出敏感和现场品系的溴氰KT50为4.5022分、5.0723分、抗性系数为1.1266,LD50为0.003762μg/虫、0.005895μg/虫、、抗性系数为1.567;氯氰KT50为5.5535分、9.099分、抗性系数为1.6384,LD50为0.03898μg/虫、0.09138μg/虫、抗性系数为2.3444;二氯KT50为7.0836分、21.3401分、抗性系数为3.0126,LD50为0.07525μg/虫、0.3812μg/虫、抗性系数为5.0658。除二氯抗性系数偏高,余二种杀虫剂均属低度耐药。
