1998年12月13～19日,由黄河上中游管理局UNDP项目办公室主办的沙棘资源开发技术培训班在陕西西安举行.来自黄河上中游6省区水土保持主管部门从事沙棘工作的同志、沙棘资源建设重点县的技术骨干及我局所属晋陕蒙监督局、西峰、绥德水保试验站的沙棘科技人员,共计32人参加了培训.授课的教师有中国水土保持学会沙棘专业委员会副主任委员、教授级高工于倬德,《沙棘》杂志副主编解柱华高级工程师,长期从事沙棘情报研究工作的山西省农科院情报研究所的武福亨研究员,黄河上中游管理局治理处副处长薛顺康高级工程师等.水利部沙棘开发管理中心温秀凤高级工程师应邀到会指导,我局UNDP项目领导小组组长牛玉国副局长出席了培训班开幕式,并做了重要讲话.
From December 13 to December 19, 1998, a training course on seabuckthorn resources development organized by the UNDP Project Office of the Upper and Middle Yellow River Management Bureau was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province.
