当前阶段,我国社会经济发展迅速,城市化建设进程不断加快,公路工程日益增多,规模也不断壮大。从某种角度来讲,公路工程的建设水平是城市发展的重要标志,对人们的生产与生活产生着重要的影响。就公路工程而言,人们最关注的莫过于施工质量,而施工质量的控制离不开施工管理。就当前现状而言,一些公路工程质量堪忧,甚至存在重利益、轻管理的现象。对于这一现象,如果不加以制止,对人们的出行安全带来严重的威胁,同时对公路事业的发展也产生不利影响,因此,必须加强公路施工管理,保障施工质量。
At the current stage, China’s social and economic development is rapid and the process of urbanization is accelerating. As a result, the number of highway projects is increasing and the scale is also growing. From a certain perspective, the level of highway construction is an important symbol of urban development, which has an important impact on people’s production and life. For highway projects, people are most concerned about the quality of construction, and construction quality control can not be separated from construction management. As far as the current status quo is concerned, the quality of some highway projects is worrying, and there are even heavy interests and light management. If this phenomenon is not stopped, it will pose a serious threat to people’s travel safety and adversely affect the development of highway projects. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen highway construction management and ensure construction quality.
