把“工厂”搬进学校,是我校的教学模式,其目标指向是实现学生毕业即就业的零距离就业。二者是手段和目的的关系。我校26年的发展实践证明,职业教育就是就业教育,而就业教育的关键在于教育与就业的紧密结合。把“工厂”搬进学校,作为一种就业指导教学的职业教育模式,是我校创新职业教育模式的探索和实践。目前,这种模式已在我校各个专业以不同形式全面铺开,成为实现学生零距离就业的根本保证,成为实现我校长足发展的重要基础。
The “factory” into the school, is my school’s teaching model, the goal is to achieve the graduation of students that employment is a zero-distance employment. The two are the means and the purpose of the relationship. The development practice of our school for 26 years proves that vocational education is the employment education, and the key to employment education lies in the close combination of education and employment. The “factory ” moved into school, as a career guidance teaching vocational education model, our school is to explore innovative vocational education and practice. At present, this model has been fully rolled out in various forms in various fields of our school and has become the fundamental guarantee for students’ zero-distance employment. It has become an important foundation for the rapid development of our school.
