学生篮球意识发掘与培养

所谓的篮球意识,通俗理解为打球者在比赛、训练过程中对篮球技术、战术、身体运动能力科学认知以及合理使用的一种能力,也就是我们所谓的“球商”。在中学体育教学中,学生的篮球意识也应该从启蒙阶段就开始进行有针对性的培养。然而这一点却往往被教师忽视,一味地重复技术性练习,忽略练习者主观的思维和体验,这是当前篮球教学的一个通病。针对如何发掘和提升学生的篮球意识,笔者结合自己的教学实践

The so-called basketball awareness, popular understanding for the players during the game, training on basketball technology, tactics, physical ability to understand the scientific and scientific use of a reasonable ability, which is what we call the “ball”.
