全体同学、全体教職員工同志們:当我們进入新学期时,正是在全国大跃进的高潮中,我敬祝全体师生員工們在新的学期中,工作和学习都获得突飞猛进的大进步。目前全国人民正在为把我国建設成为一个强大的社会主义国家而努力奋斗,我們要在十五年內,在鋼鉄和其他重要工业产品的产量方面赶上或超过英国。我国各少数民族的工人农民和在各个崗位上的工作人員,还要在十五年內,使自己民族在經济、文化方面达到汉族的水平,成为先进的社会主义民族。在这种情况下,我們能不能照老一套的方法来教学呢?旧的方法象牛車一样,费时太多,获益很少,若不采用新方法教学,我們就会落后,我希望大家都来创造新的教学方法。这里我提一些希望,希望各位老师各尽所长,将自己所教的課程事前作好充分的研究,想出新方法来傾心的教給学生,学生也应傾心的接受老师的指示。师生之間打成一片,息息相通。
