本文介绍美国大型环形件生产工艺的现状与发展。美国在轧制生产环形件方面,主要是采用现代先进的环形件轧制设备,改进轧制生产工艺,以提高轧制精度和质量。另外,美国还采用闪光对焊工艺制造环形件,进一步减少切削加工量,降低制造成本。目前,美国正在研究用冷轧精密成型新工艺生产环形件,从根本上消除切削加工。
This article describes the status quo and development of the production process of the United States large ring. The United States in the rolling ring production, mainly the use of modern advanced ring rolling equipment, improve the rolling production process to improve the rolling accuracy and quality.
