本文用模匹配法分析了任意角度平面波入射时分析一般单元缝隙阵频率选择表面(FSS)的频率响应特性.这里考虑的FSS是一零厚度无限大平面阵.问题的解是以Floquet定理为基础,通过匹配FSS表面的切向场分量获得的.它适用于单屏和结构完全对称的双屏FSS,并且考虑了多层介质衬底的影响.文中以“十”字环形缝隙阵单屏FSS为例,详细分析了布阵方式、单元尺寸、介质衬底、入射角以及极化等对其频率响应特性的影响.
In this paper, the frequency response characteristics of frequency selective surface (FSS) of common element slot array are analyzed by using the mode matching method. The FSS considered here is a zero-thickness infinite planar array. The solution to the problem is based on the Floquet theorem, which is obtained by matching the tangential field components of the FSS surface. It is suitable for single-screen and fully symmetrical dual-screen FSS structures, and takes into account the effects of multilayer dielectric substrates. In this paper, taking the “ten” ring FSS as an example, the influences of the array mode, cell size, dielectric substrate, incident angle and polarization on the frequency response are analyzed in detail.
