我场是一个以粮棉为主的综合性农场。由于田多劳少,机械化水平不够高,加上双季稻增多,复种指数加大,所以草荒十分严重。为了解决草荒问题,我场自1964年开始使用化学除草剂,至1972年在三万余亩水田及一千余亩旱地上大面积应用,对提高作物产量、解放劳动力,取得了良好效果。我们使用化学除草剂的作法与体会是:
My field is a comprehensive grain and cotton-based farms. Due to the lack of labor in the fields, the low level of mechanization, coupled with the increase in double cropping rice and the multiple cropping index, the grassland shortage is very serious. In order to solve the problem of grassland wasteland, I started to use chemical herbicides in 1964 and applied it to more than 30,000 mu of paddy fields and more than 1,000 mu of dry land in 1972, which has achieved good results in raising crop yield and liberating the labor force. Our practice and understanding of using chemical herbicides is:
