荧光增白剂校正方法的研究

目前彩色复制技术所使用的纸张都含有荧光增白剂,其造成了纸张色度b*值向负值方向的一个色偏。这些因含有大量荧光增白剂的纸张造成了印刷标准化难于实现的问题,例如纸张不符合ISO标准所定义的纸张。为了对纸张中的荧光增白剂进行校正,本论文介绍了一种多项式回归的数学校正方法,实现将含有荧光增白剂的纸张印刷复制的色彩转换为不含荧光增白剂的纸张所复制的色彩值。在本次研究中采用两种类似的纸张,含荧光增白剂与不含荧光增白剂,在相同印刷状态下印刷IT8.7/4色表,并用同一台分光光度计测量(M1测量状态下),在分析两彩色复制样的分光光度值后得出此模型。经过校正荧光增白剂的色样与不含荧光增白剂的纸张复制的色样之间90%的色差值由于校正前的6.52△E76,降低为校正后的1.6△E76。 The paper currently used for color reproduction technology contains an optical brightener which causes a color shift in the negative direction of the colorimetric b * value of the paper. In this study, two similar papers, containing fluorescent brighteners and no fluorescent brightener, were used to print IT8.7 / 4 color charts in the same print state and were measured with the same spectrophotometer (M1 measurement status ), This model was derived after analyzing the colorimetric values ​​of two color replicates. The 90% color difference between the corrected fluorescent whitening agent color sample and the fluorescent copy agent-free color copy paper is reduced to a corrected value of 1.6 ΔE76 due to the 6.52 △ E76 before correction.
