目的:探讨成束蛋白(Fascin)在人食管癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:用免疫组化MaxVision法检测Fascin在食管癌和癌周正常食管组织的表达,Image-pro plus图像分析软件对其表达强度进行定量分析,并用表达的阳性单位(positiveunit,PU)反映其表达强度。结果:Fascin蛋白在食管癌组织中的表达明显高于其在食管正常组织中的表达(P<0.05),而其表达与食管癌临床分期(P<0.05)、浸润深度(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移(P<0.01)有关,同时与食管鳞状细胞癌的组织分化程度(P<0.05)有关。结论 :Fascin蛋白在食管癌中高表达,是食管癌分化差、恶性程度高的标志,并与浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,以Fascin蛋白为靶点可能为食管癌的治疗提供新的思路。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Fascin in human esophageal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of Fascin in esophageal cancer and normal esophageal cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry MaxVision method. The expression intensity of Fascin was quantitatively analyzed by Image-pro plus image analysis software, and its expression was expressed by positive unit (PU) strength. Results: The expression of Fascin protein in esophageal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal tissues (P <0.05), but the expression of Fascin was correlated with the clinical stages (P <0.05), depth of invasion (P <0.05) Lymph node metastasis (P <0.01), at the same time with the degree of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma differentiation (P <0.05). Conclusion: Fascin protein is overexpressed in esophageal carcinoma and is a marker of poorly differentiated and malignant esophageal carcinoma. It is related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. Fascin protein may provide a new approach for the treatment of esophageal cancer.
