网络技术目前在建筑业中应用较为广泛。对于建筑工程项目的工期和成本。也可运用网络技术,使之达到最优化的目的。建筑业的工程成本可分为直接费用和间接费用两大部分。直接费用是由材料费、人工费、机械使用费、其他直接费等构成,间接费是施工过程中组织和经营管理的全部费用。直接费与建筑产品各道工序的完工工期有关,要求比正常施工的工期缩短,就会影响直接费用增加。间接费一般按工期长短分摊,因而随着工期的缩短而减少。所以运用网络技术分析直接费用与生产过程各工序作业时间的关系,可以找出既缩短工期,又降低工程总成本的最优方案。不同的工程项目和不同的工序的工期变化,对其直接费用的影响是不一样的。在工程项网络计划制订之后,欲使工期和成本优化,还必须取得如下数据: 1、正常工期tig,即网络图各工序完成作业
