通过对汉、维吾尔和哈萨克三民族共60例正常大学生及16例21三体患者的12480个外周血有丝分裂中期细胞AC-SAs的观察分析,说明维吾尔和哈萨克族的SAc、SAt及CNSA值均明显的高于汉族,差异有显著性。同时认为无论在正常人或21三体患者的D、G组染色体参与随体联合是随机的。21三体患者额外的21号染色体参加了随体联合。21三体患者多易发生,可能与该染色体所帶较多的rRNA基因相关。
Through the observation and analysis of 12,480 peripheral blood mitochondrial AC-SAs in 60 normal college students and 16 trisomy 21 patients of Han, Uyghur and Kazak ethnic groups, the values of SAc, SAt and CNSA in Uyghur and Kazak were all significant Higher than Han nationality, the difference was significant. At the same time, it is considered that the chromosomal involvement of D and G groups in the normal control or 21 trisomy is randomized. Twenty-one additional trisomy 21 patients participated in the satellite association. 21 trisomy patients more prone to occur, may be associated with the chromosome with more rRNA genes.
