目的了解外来手术器械的清洁状况,提高其清洁质量。方法采用目测法和棉拭涂抹采样检测方法对手术器械清洁质量进行了检测。结果经对外供应457件有腔器械进行检测,表面清洁质量达标的器械占42.67%;腔内清洁质量达标的器械仅占5.25%。结论外供手术器械腔内残留物携带率过高,清洁质量较差,这将对器械灭菌效果产生影响,亦将为医院内感染埋下隐患。
Objective To understand the condition of external surgical instruments and improve their cleaning quality. Methods Visual inspection method and cotton swab smear sampling method were used to test the cleaning quality of surgical instruments. Results 457 pieces of instruments with a cavity were tested by external supply, the surface quality of the instruments reached 42.67%, and only 5.25% of the instruments with the quality of the cavity were clean. CONCLUSION: The carryover rate of the external surgical instruments is too high and the quality of the cleaning is poor. This will affect the sterilization effect of the instruments and will also hide the hidden dangers in the hospital.
