安徽省著名风景区天柱山被外省抢注成商标,并标价100万元出卖。景区内使用这一商标的28家单位涉嫌商标侵权,面临被诉危险。专家称,傍风景区名称抢注商标,然后转让获利,已经成为一些“商标倒爷”的生财之道。然而,很多景区对旅游商标这种无形资产的价值,依然缺少认识,以至于“为他人做嫁衣裳”。业内人士称,唯一的办法是申请国家工商局认定抢注属于“恶意”,但非常困难。在法律法规几乎无能为力的情况下,知名景区如何自我保护呢?
