生态资源是一种公共资源,生态文明建设人人有责。作为承担国家法律监督职责的检察机关肩负着保护环境资源,推进生态文明建设,促进绿色经济发展的神圣职责。检察机关应正视自身职责的缺失,通过查找原因加强法律监督能力建设,在以后的各项检察工作中积极参与生态文明建设,强化环境保护中的法律监督力量。
Ecological resources are a kind of public resources, and everyone is responsible for the construction of ecological civilization. As the prosecutorial organ that undertakes the responsibility of oversight of the state’s laws, it shoulders the sacred duty of protecting the environment and resources, promoting the construction of an ecological civilization and promoting the development of a green economy. The procuratorial organs should face up to the lack of their own duties, strengthen the capacity of legal supervision through searching for reasons, actively participate in the construction of ecological civilization in all subsequent procuratorial work, and strengthen the legal supervision power in environmental protection.
