一、全省劳务派遣用工现状近年来,随着劳动力市场机制作用的不断增强,我省部分行业和企业开始使用劳务派遣用工。尤其是《劳动合同法》颁布之后,全省劳务派遣用工呈现迅猛发展的态势。目前全省共有劳务派遣机构1109家,劳务派遣人员总数已达11.7万人,约占全省企业职工总量的5.7%。从用工单位性质看,主要集中在国有及国有控股企业(主要在央企)、机关事业单位,非公企业、
