构建我国和谐社会,对社会经济发展和维护社会稳定有巨大作用的就是基层社保工作。这个工作是相当于人力社保部门和村乡镇一级的政府的工作平台,主要目的就是为人民群众服务,为人民的利益做维护。基层社保服务的好坏,还有服务水平的到不到位,直接影响到政府的形象。近几年来,我国的民生政策陆续出台,基层社保的工作任务不断加大,对工作人员的水平也不断加强,所以,我们必须要加强基层社保人员的业务水平和能力。提高素质教育,就要加强思想政治方面的教育,更好的发挥基层社保工作的功能。
To build a harmonious society in our country and to play a huge role in social and economic development and in maintaining social stability is the grassroots social security work. This work is equivalent to the work platform of the human social security department and the government at the village and township level. Its main purpose is to serve the people and safeguard the interests of the people. Grass-roots social security service is good or bad, as well as service levels to not be in place, a direct impact on the government’s image. In recent years, the people’s livelihood policies in our country have been promulgated one after another. The work tasks of grassroots social security have been constantly increasing. The level of staff has also been continuously strengthened. Therefore, we must strengthen the professional level and ability of grassroots social security personnel. To improve quality education, we must step up ideological and political education and give better play to the functions of grassroots social security work.
