近年来,在国家房地产调控政策的大背景下,虽然房地产开发投资增长迅速,住房供给不断增加,但是商品房的价格持续攀升且居高不下。作为刚刚步入职场处于角色转型的应届大学生,往往不具备购房能力,而转向房屋租赁市场。本文首先通过对商业银行现有相关产品的研究分析,提出了应届大学生租房短期贷款产品的概念,然后结合SWOT模型、客户还贷能力、业务发展前景以及产品风险控制进行了综合的评估分析,最后给出了该产品经济效益与社会效益的预测结论。
