伊壁鸠鲁虽然曾被打上享乐主义的烙印,然而在他去世的五个世纪后,他的追随者仍遍布地中海沿岸。直到今天,通过一代又一代思想家们的澄清和新的解读方式的出现,伊壁鸠鲁已经可以正大光明地登上大雅之堂。这些新的解读方式使人们对他有了一个全新的感受,也因此给后人的研究和生活带来了重要影响。他的哲学思想和快乐伦理学至今仍有着重要的启示作用,对我们当代的大学生构建正确的科学的价值观、人生观有着很大的借鉴和警醒作用。
Epicurean, though once branded as hedonism, remained with his followers all over the Mediterranean coast five centuries after his death. Until today, Epicurus has been able to ascend to greatness with the clarification and new interpretation of generations of thinkers. These new ways of interpretation make people have a brand new feeling to him, and thus have a significant impact on future generations’ research and life. His philosophical thoughts and happy ethics still play an important role in enlightenment today, which has great reference and vigilance to our contemporary college students in building the correct scientific values and outlook on life.
