一、病例介绍患者刘亚丽,女,28岁,未婚。主诉:右下腹胀痛1个月,B超发现右附件肿物。于2011年1月6日收住我院。患者平素月经规律,末次月经2010年12月24日。入院查体:T36℃P60次/分BP14.7/9.33KPa,心肺无异常。肛查:子宫前位,正常大小,左附件无异常。CA125诊断:卵巢上皮性肿瘤。3日后在全麻下行剖腹探查术,术中见少
