应用Philip压力测定仪,首次在我国进行颞下颌关节腔内压的测量,结果显示:开口、前伸、对侧侧向运动、咀嚼、吞咽、微笑、讲话及静止状态下,关节压为负值,其中咀嚼运动时负压值最高,平均-11.86mmHg。闭口、后退及同侧侧向运动状态下,关节压为正值,其中闭口位时关节压最高,平均+2.88mmHg。在静止状态下关节压平均值为-2.87mmHg。在开口运动中,男性关节压绝对值均较女性高,正常值变动幅度也大于女性,P<0.05。综合统计各种运动状态下关节压平均值为-2.66mmHg,正常范围在-22.3~+6mmHg之间。
