1病例报告患者男,28岁。自诉5年前意外受枪伤,经X线检查发现左胸壁金属异物残留,先后在美国及澳大利亚行异物取除术,均未成功。此次辗转来我“和平方舟”医院船就诊。查体:左胸壁可见数处瘢痕,局部无明显压痛,未触及异物感,左上肢活动自如。胸X线检查提示左胸壁金属异物。患者站立位扫查,于左第6肋间与锁骨中线外侧约1cm、距体表约1.8cm处,皮下组织与胸大肌间见一1.2cm×0.4cm短条状强回声,前缘表面光
1 case report patient male, 28 years old. Five years ago, the accidental self-injury shot, X-ray examination found that the left chest wall metal foreign body residues, has performed in the United States and Australia, foreign body removal, were unsuccessful. This was removed to my “peace ark ” hospital ship treatment. Physical examination: the left chest wall visible several scars, no significant local tenderness, no sense of foreign body touched, left upper limb freely. Chest X-ray examination prompted the left chest wall metal foreign body.
