本文介绍了上海地区含水饱和淤泥质软土地层中地下工程的设计理论,主要为盾构法施工的装配式圆形钢筋混凝土管片和砌块衬砌结构。在现场量测和室内相似试验的基础上,提出了周围土压接近均匀的链条理论、松动压力下弹性圆环理论和考虑接头刚度的设计方法,并建议了设计时采用的地层和结构的模型及参数。采用本文方法,比习用设计方法更符合客观实际,可以使衬砌减薄、钢筋用量减少,接头构造简单,达到进一步节省投资和加快建设的效果。
This paper introduces the design theory of underground engineering in water saturated saturated silt soft soil layer in Shanghai. It mainly consists of prefabricated circular reinforced concrete segments and block lining structure constructed by shield method. On the basis of on-site measurement and indoor similarity tests, a chain theory that the surrounding earth pressure is nearly uniform, a theory of elastic ring under loosening pressure, and a design method that considers the joint stiffness are proposed. The strata and structure models used in the design are proposed. And parameters. Using this method, it is more consistent with the objective reality than the conventional design method, which can make the lining thinner, reduce the amount of steel reinforcement, and the joint structure is simple, so as to further save investment and speed up construction.
