肾窦脂肪增多症,即肾替代性脂肪瘤病(RRL),是一种非常少见的肾脏相关良性疾病,其病理表现为以肾窦、肾门为中心的脂肪组织及纤维组织大量增生,其病因多为肾结石、肾盂肾炎及肾结核等引起的慢性肾脏感染。由于文献报道较少,临床工作中往往认识不足,容易出现误诊或漏诊。我院于2010年9月收治肾窦脂肪增多症1例,现结合文献分析报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料2010年9月收住1例患者,男,49
