雕、刻、塑三种创造制作的工艺合并在一起,被统称为“雕刻”。通常而言,雕塑就是指用玛瑙、金属、玉石、木材等可以雕、可以刻的硬质材料,或者是用黏土、石膏、树脂等可以塑形的材料,来创造出一些具有艺术形象的作品。这些作品是可以感观的,在一定空间内是完全存在的,是寄托了艺术家的审美和情感,最终实现的艺术创作。本文就是以雕刻为课题,对雕刻制作技艺以及所蕴含的文化作一探讨,以求抛砖引玉。
