消费是拉动经济增长的“三驾马车”之一,扩大居民消费需求是推动转变经济发展方式的重要途径。居民的基本消费需求在全部消费中具有特殊地位,本文通过采用扩展性线性支持系统模型,以河南省2014统计年鉴公布的数据为参考,对河南省城镇居民基本消费需求进行计算推导,并进行基本消费需求比重分析、低收入家庭消费支出与基本消费需求差距分析。并在此基础上进行消费投向分析、收入弹性分析、消费类别的绝对增长额分析。最后提出完善收入分配制度;稳定物价,完善社会保障制度;加快现代服务业的发展,培育和发展新的消费热点的建议。
Consumption is one of the “troikas” driving economic growth. Expansion of consumer demand is an important way to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development. Residents’ basic consumption demand has a special status in all consumption. In this paper, based on the model of expansive linear support system and the data published by Henan Province Statistical Yearbook 2014, this paper calculates and deduces the basic consumption demand of urban residents in Henan Province, Analysis of the proportion of consumer demand, low-income families, consumer spending and basic consumer demand gap analysis. And based on this analysis of consumer spending, income elasticity analysis, the absolute growth of consumer spending analysis. Finally, it puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the income distribution system, stabilizing the price and perfecting the social security system, accelerating the development of modern service industry and nurturing and developing new consumption hot spots.
