随着高等教育的飞速发展,教学质量的不断提高,高职教育的繁荣也给班主任的管理工作带来新的挑战。班主任工作在高职院校整体的管理工作中占据着重要位置,高职院校对班主任的管理工作提出了具体的要求。面对目前严峻的形式,班主任应该调动自身的主观能动性迎接挑战、认清形势、与时俱进、不断创新;面对高职院校的改革,针对班主任管理工作的问题,要具体问题具体分析。
