开展领导干部谈心提醒教育,是贯彻“惩前毖后、治病救人”要求的具体体现,是落实“抓早抓小、防微杜渐”理念的有效途径,也是提高教育预防工作针对性和实效性的重要手段。近年来,一些地区试点推行谈心提醒教育,以平等待人的态度、温馨和谐的方式,对党员干部存在的苗头性、倾向性问题面对面打招呼,做到早提醒、早纠正,防止小错酿成大错,取得了一定的效果。前不久,中央纪委宣教室召开领导干部谈心提醒教育工作联系点调研座谈会,部分地区在会上作了经验介绍。为使广大读者更好地了解这一教育方式,本刊特对部分地区相关经验做法进行摘编,现刊发如下。
