目的:观察采用益肾壮骨经验方、仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙剂治疗骨质疏松性髋部骨折术后患者的临床效果。方法:选取118例骨质疏松性髋部骨折术后患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各59例。对照组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙剂治疗,治疗组则加用益肾壮骨经验方内服治疗,2组均连续治疗6月。比较2组患者治疗前后腰椎骨密度的变化情况,检测治疗前后患者血清骨代谢指标的水平。结果:治疗后,2组腰椎骨密度均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),治疗组骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平较治疗前及对照组升高,而抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体5b(TRACP-5b)水平则降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾壮骨经验方、仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙剂利于提高骨质疏松性髋部骨折术后患者的骨密度,改善骨代谢,促进骨愈合。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of using Yishen Zhuanggu recipe and Xiongyu Gubao capsule combined with calcium in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic hip fracture. Methods: 118 cases of osteoporotic hip fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 59 cases. The control group was given Xianling Gubao capsule combined with calcium treatment, while the treatment group was treated with Yishen Zhuanggui prescription. The two groups were treated continuously for 6 months. The changes of lumbar BMD before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the level of serum bone metabolism index was measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, BMD of lumbar vertebrae in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.05), and BMD in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP) (BGP) increased compared with those before treatment and the control group, while the level of tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b (TRACP-5b) was decreased, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yishen Zhuanggu recipe, Xianling Gubao capsule combined with calcium help to improve osteoporotic hip fracture patients after bone mineral density, improve bone metabolism and promote bone healing.
