新课程改革不断推进,教师专业成长尤为重要,学校逐渐重视教研活动,但在高职开展有效的教研活动受到主观因素、客观因素的限制,这些阻碍已成为推进新课程改革道路上的绊脚石。从高职青年教师教研的意义入手,分析高职院校开展教研活动中普遍存在的诸多问题,从而探索解决这些问题的有效策略。
The reform of the new curriculum has been continuously promoted. The professional growth of teachers is of particular importance. The school has gradually attached importance to teaching and research activities. However, effective teaching and research activities in higher vocational education are subject to subjective and objective factors. These obstacles have become a stumbling block on the road to advancing the new curriculum reform. Starting from the significance of teaching and research of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the many problems that exist in higher vocational colleges in carrying out teaching and research activities in order to explore effective strategies to solve these problems.
