研究了铺层参数及纤维表面处理对F-12芳纶纤维与HTA-P30碳纤维混杂复合材料纵向压缩性能的影响。结果表明,该混杂复合材料体系的纵向压缩强度高于混合定律的预测值,表现出明显的混杂正效应。铺层顺序对纵向压缩强度和模量没有显著影响。F-12纤维经刚性涂层处理后,可提高混杂复合材料的压缩性能。
The effect of layup parameters and fiber surface treatment on the longitudinal compression properties of F-12 aramid fibers and HTA-P30 carbon fiber hybrid composites was studied. The results show that the longitudinal compressive strength of the hybrid composite system is higher than the predicted value of the mixed law, showing a significant positive effect. Laying order had no significant effect on the longitudinal compressive strength and modulus. F-12 fibers after rigid coating treatment, can improve the hybrid composite compression properties.
