安眠酮自问世以来,国内所编之药物学及药物手册等介绍此药为一种安全度较大,新型的非巴比妥类安眠药,作用快持续时间长,不易产生耐药性及成瘾性。系比较好的催眠药,临床广为应用。国内文献新医学1973年第四卷第五期曾综合报导八例安眠酮所引起之精神症状,我科于1974年亦先后发现三例,简要报导于下:例一:田某、女性,36岁,干部,因失眠于74年3月2日晚,口服安眠酮0.2后,不但未能入睡,反而烦躁不安,乃于一小时后
