目的通过调查与分析外科规范化培训住院医师对血管外科规培各项教学指标的满意度及反馈,为改进规培模式提供依据。方法 2016年5月-2017年5月利用自行设计的调查问卷及量表,对某院的外科规培生进行调查,以结果反馈为导向进行教学模式改进。结果规培生对血管外科科室文化气氛、老师带教积极性和临床技能3项满意程度的中位数均为最高值5分,科室的学习环境、规培时间安排和老师带教方法 3项满意度低,中位数均为4分,对血管外科常见疾病的诊治原则掌握、提高本专业临床诊治能力、提高临床思维能力、未来防范或避免医疗纠纷等4个方面的满意度较高,中位数到达5分;而临床疑难病例处理能力的掌握和提高临床科研能力2项低,中位数为4分。结论不同规培生对血管外科规培需求有差异,针对性地根据学员反馈,根据个体化原则进行规培时间及带教方式的改进,同时加强规培师资队伍建设,达到提高血管外科规培质量的目的。
