体育俱乐部延伸了体育课程,从模式上为更多学生提供自主选择、因人而异从事一些有益于身心健康的体育活动保障,是体育教学的外延,为学生营造了一个和谐愉快的体育锻炼环境。这不仅培育学生体育锻炼的兴趣,而且为适应未来的职业对身体素质的要求打下良好的基础。以陕西省四所高职院校为研究对象,采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,结果表明:课外体育俱乐部活动模式,符合学生身心发展的需要,受到学生和教师的支持,在陕西省高职院校实施课外体育俱乐部活动模式是可行的。
Sports clubs extend the physical education curriculum, provide more choices for students from the model, engage in some physical and mental health protection activities that vary from person to person, and are an extension of physical education so as to create a harmonious and enjoyable physical training environment for students . This not only fosters students’ interest in physical exercise, but also lays a good foundation for adapting the requirements of future occupations to physical fitness. Taking the four higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province as the research object, the author adopts the methods of literature review and questionnaire. The results show that the extracurricular sports club activities are in line with the students’ needs of physical and mental development, supported by students and teachers. Institutions of extra-curricular sports club activities model is feasible.
