研究钻杆锥螺纹接头结构在施加载荷后的受力特点及变形情况,推导出了锥螺纹预紧力随螺纹端面摩擦系数与螺旋副之间摩擦系数变化关系式。建立了螺纹机构的接触有限元分析模型,分析了在多组摩擦系数影响下的连接螺纹最大等效应力变化;并找出了连接螺纹最大等效应力随摩擦系数的变化规律。结果表明,螺纹在受载时的最大等效应力对摩擦系数的变化相当敏感,从而为钻杆螺纹的合理设计和加工工艺提供了依据。
Studied the stress characteristics and deformation of the tapered structure of the drill pipe after the load was applied, and deduced the relationship between the preload of the tapered thread and the friction coefficient between the helical pair and the friction coefficient of the screw thread face. The contact finite element analysis model of the thread mechanism was established. The maximum equivalent stress of the connecting thread under the influence of multiple sets of friction coefficient was analyzed. The variation law of the maximum equivalent stress of the connecting thread with the friction coefficient was found out. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress on the thread is quite sensitive to the change of the friction coefficient, which provides the basis for the reasonable design and processing technology of the drill pipe thread.
