从1949年共和国建立开始,60年间,中国企业走过了一条起伏跌宕的不平之路,从建国初的改造调整,到计划经济体系的建立,从改革开放后的变轨转型,到市场经济、全球化经营时代的到来,风云变幻之中,我们仍可以分辨出一条清晰的脉络,就是对管理进步的不断追求。当然,在不同的时代背景下,种种管理方法的创新、管理思想的出现有着各自的主题,带着深深的时代烙印。有些在当时起到重大作用的管理思想、方法在今天看来也许只是寻常的做法,或者已经显得落后笨拙,不合时宜了,甚至有的到今天还在引起人们的争议。但是,无论如何,我们不能忽视前人在这方面做出的成就和贡献,他们体现出的精神实质与我们今天仍在进行的探寻中国企业管理之路的努力是相通的。我们从60年中国企业发展历程中有过重要影响的管理创新实践中撷取几个有代表性的事例,与您一起回望历史。
From the establishment of the republic in 1949, Chinese enterprises have gone through an ups and downs of injustice in 60 years.
